During 1926-1930, during expeditions headed by Serhiyi Hamchenko were excavated: a two-layered (Trypillia and Chernyakhov culture) Andriivka settlement, a Chernyakhov culture necropolis near Maslove village, as well as surveyed a number of other archaeological monuments.
