These are excerpts from the financial report of the Olbian Expedition in 1927, prepared by Serhii Dlozhevskyi, as well as a detailed analytical note by Mikhailo Boltenko, the Head of the Berezan Archaeological Expedition of the Ukrainian SSR, on the principles and princes of archaeological research in the region, compiled in September 1928.
